Booking Policies
- For every booking we require full personal details (name, mobile, email, hotel and room, etc)
- A discount is available for children under 12
- For every booking we require a 50% deposit in advance (bank transfer, Paypal) and the remainder 50% given to the driver in cash at the start of the trip. There is also the option to deposit 100% of the agreed amount.
- If a client cancels 24 hours or more prior to the day of the trip, then a full refund is guaranteed! (usually takes 48 hours)
- In case of cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the day of the trip we refund 80% of the total amount
- A minimum of 4 persons is required for every photo trip to take place. In the event of a 3 person trip, the amount is negotiable.
- We at Epirus Photo Safari have the right to reserve any empty seats on each trip to people that are interested. You are actually paying for seats on the Land Cruiser and not the whole of the car. In case you want to book the car with the driver then you must chose the “Private Photo Safari” trip.
- We at Epirus Photo Safari have the right to make slight changes in the program in case of an issue (bad weather conditions, blocked road, …) and this is done for your safety!
